Our principal place of business is Hamilton Township, NJ 08619, USA. We hold New Jersey Home Improvement Contractor License #13VH13470500 issued by the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs. The business was founded by Yuriy Dudych.

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal information when you visit starair-hvacr.com (the “Site”) or contact us. By using the Site you agree to the practices described here.

All third-party scripts that involve tracking are loaded via Google Tag Manager only after you grant the relevant consent category.

We may share your information:

• Service providers: With our CRM, email, and scheduling platforms solely to operate our business on our behalf, under confidentiality obligations.
• Legal requirements: When required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of Star Air HVAC/R, our customers, or the public.

Contact form submissions are retained for up to three (3) years to support warranty inquiries and service history. Analytics data in Google Analytics is retained for fourteen (14) months per our account settings. Microsoft Clarity session recordings are stored for up to ninety (90) days. Cookie consent records are stored for one (1) year in your browser.

8. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Data transmitted to and from the Site is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may request that we correct or delete personal information we hold about you. To do so, contact us using the information in Section 11.

The Site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.
