These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Star Air HVAC/R, a New Jersey home improvement contractor (License #13VH13470500), operated by Yuriy Dudych, located in Hamilton Township, NJ 08619, USA.

In no event shall Star Air HVAC/R's aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100.00).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding between you and Star Air HVAC/R shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Mercer County, New Jersey. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts and waive any objection to venue in those courts.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. Material changes will be noted with a prominent notice on the Site for at least thirty (30) days. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
