Emergency Furnace Replacement

Combustion testing revealed a damaged secondary heat exchanger that caused overheating and burned the igniter-wire insulation. He chose full replacement from three options we sent within minutes. We pulled the permit with an hour to spare, replaced the system the next day, and saved the home's plumbing from freezing.

Oil-to-Gas Conversion + AC + Tank Removal
A 40-year-old oil furnace quit in mid-October when temperatures dropped below 40°F. Inspection found a failed oil pump and a cracked heat exchanger — unsafe to operate. Because a gas line was already in place, we converted the home to a 96% efficient natural gas furnace, added a high-efficiency AC system, and removed the above-ground oil tank.
